Now Cooperating with Your Survival System Instead Of Fighting Or Sabotaging it.
You Will Never Go Back, All Those Silly Things Like Tooth Aches, Constipation, Overweight, etc gone for LifeFor two million years man (leading to you) developed eating food available from hunting and gathering as it was called.
In the northern climates were my ancestors (Scandinavian) the gathering season was rather short so most of mans diet for my ancestors was obviously derived from hunting and/or catching animals or fish.
They may have personally put on a few pounds eating a large number of berries and sugary vegetation available in the short summer"high sugar" season.
Keep in mind high sugar items then would be classed as almost bitter compared to bred to high sugar fruits and vegetables in todays super market.
It is estimated that the average man in his lifetime today eats 1,000 animals.
Domesticated farm animals as we know them today, were only appearing in the last ten thousand years or so along with grains appearing about the same time.
This period also brought about dairy, which most have no real adaptation to so we say man has not had time to adopt to the addition of agriculture, let alone refined, processed and man made fake foods and chemicals, common since 1950.
Thus, modern man in U.S. is now eating 80% of his food input, has no adaptation, much did not even exist in the 1800's.
There was not a huge difference in farm animal meats and that drastic difference did not happen until the 50's on...to today with factory raised meat and eggs, stuffed with grain, (they were never designed to eat) and force fed with hormone and antibiotics to produce meat in half the time. This has an entirely different composition and content then grass raised domestic or wild meat.
Here is how it appears my Scandinavian ancestors survived, year around in hostile short summer vegetation areas. They did not eat their vegetables year around because there were none nine months of the year. They did not eat their fruit daily because that was gone 9 months of the year.
We know the Inuits and Eskimos live year around with no vegetables and no fruits on their daily menu. They basically live on meat and fish.
The difference is when we live on meat we eat mainly "muscle Meat," cooked. They eat the whole animal or fish often raw. They eat eye balls, brains, everything.
The biggest difference may be in the cooking. Cooked food is basically "dead" food, over 116 the enzymes and many of the nutrients are destroyed.
For example the American Indian and others have had the problem of large animals, (which many lived on ) such as buffalo, were often nearby or available only a few days. When they made a kill the meat was edible only a few days. Yet the buffalo were not available year around but they had to eat year around. So they did not can or freeze Buffalo, they dried it.
Your ancestors all around the world learned this trick (with fish and meat) just as the Indians did. Dry meat, (and entire buffalo dried in the sun in as little as 8 hours drying time..) The whole tribe went to work cutting them up in to small thin strips hung in the sun and wind. The fat was separated and melted down.
The dried meat pounded to powder and recombined with fat was sun dried, never heated over 116* and remained live food, even a year or two later. This is called Pemmican and is the IDEAL food for diabetics. (you add other dried berries etc to pemmican, which likely gave you some vitamin C year around.)
The plains Indians, your ancestors, (even Daniel Boone, Lewis and Clark, pioneers,
etc all literally lived on this type of dried Pemmican mixture, but basically dried "live"meat recombined with fat.
Now if you eat cooked meat, the health survivalists get you and/or a bigger % to survive some what longer by eating vegetables year around......... and eat a lot raw. This gives you a source of "live" food to make up somewhat for your eating mostly meat etc as "dead" food. Your ancestors food even though stored for six months to a year as dried food was still "live food".
It is interesting to note that Antartica explorers sent with scientifically developed canned food supplies, often came back health disasters and some never made it back.
In contrast other parties stranded and forced to live on nothing but their sled dogs "pemmican food supply for months" came back perfectly healthy.
We tell you how to make pemmican" Link here
Make your own Pemmican (real pemmican made under 116 degrees) is almost not available commercially.
We tell you how to make it and remember it stores anywhere for years unrefrigerated. Remember, NONE of their surplus food needed to be lost, in the good season.. They just dried it and powdered it.
Took almost no room or weight to take with you and did not spoil if kept dry.
You can do the same as a diabetic always have pemmican available. In your pocket in a ziplock bag.
The people that lived on small animals had to get through the winter and you wonder how did they manage.
Dried foods stored in bags made from animal stomachs, and stored nuts and live animals years around.
How do You Obtain Live '
Animals to Eat Over the Winter Storm Season?
Two methods I discovered (three if count one with fish and fourth one with birds).
